We have to go balls out. New coach, new start...let's stay in Serie A please!!!

BTW - Reja is a lifelong friend Fabio Capello. I wonder if he uses the same sort of strategy. Capello has found a lot of success coaching over the years...I hope Reja can turn things around for us. He did well at Napoli until they fell apart last year...but hopefully, he guide us. Kinda funny that he was sacked after we beat Napoli last year 2-0. LOL

this was the most used tactic by Reja at Napoli

Maggio was one of the most standard player at that position "AMR" even he is a right full back - something like Lichtsteiner or Scaloni
also the other "AML" Vitale is not so offensive player and many times he was substitute by some defender....

so maybe our tactic with Reja will be something like this:

:p

Could see our old friend Luis Jimenez. I hope Ledesma can come back, do some dirty work for our midfield.

Hopefully the sacking has a lit a fire under our players asses! Parma will have confidence as they just drew with Inter today. WE. MUST. WIN! Do whatever it takes.

changing our game totally for 3 days is a bit too much of what I expect, so a win would be very hard. I'd be glad if we don't lose

I must admit now this is a MUST win game. With baldy there was no hope. So yes i hope Reja brings that much needed boost for our players and we now really start playing some beautiful soccer. Im still wondering how the hell did we win Inter in the super coppa scratch

This was 1 game, and in that game, we had luck and the world´s best keeper. If we didn´t have nando in that game, we would have got 4 or 5 goals - only in the first half.

The tradition says that a team with a new coach wins it's first game (most of the times) so I really hope we do take all the points from Parma because we really need them!

They drew with Internazionale but they did not play well. They were lucky. Unbelievably in the last five matches we have picked up more points then Parma have in the same round of fixtures. We have to win even if Parma have a good home record.

I feel weird. This weekend I will not be able to watch Parma-Lazio, I'll be away on a trip. The last game I missed was Lazio-Levski which I couldn't watch because my net connection was acting up (not that I missed anything great tho) and before that I can't really recall. There was that game against Siena i believe that we were forced to watch only as a part of that simultaneous coverage of all games...

And it really feels weird. Especially since now Ballardini is gone I expect a revolution of our gameplay and I'm dying to see what the gameplan will look like.

So how exactly is the man from Friuli preparing to bring the Aquile back to life again?

In just 48 hours it seems Reja has already put right a number of issues which have been plaguing Formello since the start of the campaign.

The first and most pressing matter has been the re-integration of Biancocelesti outcast Cristian Ledesma. After offering the Lazio patron no choice but to give him an access all-areas pass to the squad, the new coach has already stamped out an authority unseen under the previous regime.

Given the manner in which the Aquile have struggled to link defence and attack this season the Argentine’s inclusion will no doubt have a massive impact on the side and this could prove vital during the relegation run-in.

Second on the coach’s agenda has been to hand back some faith to a contingent of players who seemed to have lost their way in the capital during Ballardini’s reign. After playing such a key role last term, Reja will now look to rediscover Tommaso Rocchi, Pasquale Foggia and Stephan Lichtsteiner in a bid to utilise the experience amongst a group full of new arrivals.

This trio of forgotten talents could now form a firm part of the tactician’s plans to turn Lazio into a compact unit in preparation for the struggle ahead. With Reja almost certain to utilise a 3-5-2 formation the former Lille man will immediately be reinstated to the starting line up having been banished to the stands during last weekend’s defeat against Catania.
