I have one question and I need a straight answer - can Golasa play for Lazio when he heals from his injury?

no, because Maccabi aren't going to grant the transfer clearance.

I also read it. But What I understood is, that it was no fault from Lazio. Golasa made the fault because he had a professional contract with Maccabi.

+ he also has to do his military.

So this all, was too complicated for us.

nonetheless, how can he just sign a contract wth Lazio and turn his back on it??

I'm guessing Lotirchio will be fighting this one

I also think that Lotito will fight this one, but he would be right with the fight.
If Golasa signed a contract with us (and first with Maccabi), then itīs the players fault and Maccabi (or even the player) has to pay some money or he gets banned.

Iīm very very disapointed because WE all welcomed this boy warmly despite the shitty media, and in the end it seems that we got fucked by him. No

ma... didn't Lotito have lawyers analyse the contracts with Maccabi. What sort of management doesn't look into things before they sign the player??

Golasa obviously isn't worth the trouble right now; what he has done is very unprofessional and I hope he pays dearly for it.

But such transfer disasters like this one, and Eguren, don't happen to clubs with a more professional management. OK, sometimes they fall through, but not like this.

Boh....

If anything this is foul play by Golasa, his parents, counselors and Maccabi. No one put a gun to his head and made him sign a contract with us for 4 years, do a medical and take pictures in our jersey.

For a change I hope Lotito takes this case to the courts.

Which fans, Lazio's? If yes, which sections?

We've spent two days talking about the shameful articles of the media despite the new mentality of the fans. Curva Nord leaders publicly welcomed Golasa. It has been years since the last political flag was seen in Curva.

What else do you guys need to move up from a stereotype? Shall we bring a pig and offer him as a sacrifice to the God of Football Fans every sunday before the match to clean ourselves from our sins? Very Happy

There would be a very small minority that would not have welcomed him. Obviously this would be vastly outnumbered by the rest, But this may have been in the back of Golasa's mind.

Anyway, he should not have put pen to paper with us knowing rightly he had a binding contract with Haifa.

The truth is that among those who fuc*ed up badly in this story there is no Lazio fan. And yet I've heard, I hear, and I will hear people blaming the fans for the decision of Golasa to change his mind. Ridiculous and sad at the same time.

If Golasa has a contract with Maccabi up to 2011 I doubt lotito will take this case to the court. After all, we are still waiting for lotito to bring Bengsson to the court, as he had promised Very Happy

You mean Bengstonn who failed miserably at Hertha or wherever? He got what was coming for him.

Golasa's case revolves around his age, apparently his parents had a gentlemans agreement with the board of Maccabi, as he himself never signed anything with them actually, ad they acted as his guardians. Nonetheless, them being his guardian they can't tell him what to do and sign contracts in his name.

I believe he acted on his own and then later caved into the pressure of his parents, club, "compatriots" and the media and backed down. Ergo foul play by Golasa.
