PostSubject: Wind of changes   Thu Mar 25, 2010 2:38 am

What happened in the last 2 weeks deserve more then few words and a good english connoiseur.
There is a wind blowing from different sides and finally , for some reason, it tooks is way trough the mountains .
First of all the whole Team that after Bari defeat and Norcia training camp had decided to follow one head and one mission , Mr Reja and salvation, and no one else opinions.( Lotito and Tare)-
The Mr Lotito that , finally, understood that is presence and bahaviour is not welcome anymore in the Team management as human relations.
Tare...that simply disappeared .....

Then , and most important the fans.
Fans that are now facing that la Maglia is more important then anything else and supporting la lazio is the mission
Fans that, today, in their most representive group are facing one of the most difficult period and most significant decision: to leave or to let someone else get over.

I can't and i don't want go trough this changes but, i am sure , someone will soon talk about with more acknowledge.

In few words ...wind of changes

We have caught the correct wind. We will follow our own way towards the sky.

Looks like there is harmony within the squad and Clown Lotito and Albino Tare are hiding

Yestarday, for the first time after more than 20 years (since 1987), Irriducibili were not leading the Curva. Unfortunately since I am homesick I couldn't be at the stadium so I really don't know very much. The name of the new group has not been decided yet, but apparently the guys who usually stand on the bottom-right of the curve will play a leading role in the change.

Style and action, is the "manifesto" of the ongoing change. In the last years Curva Nord has slowed down, many people do not sing and go there just to smoke cannabis or to dress fancy. What happened with Polverini in the Bari match was the last drop... A change was needed, and a change is coming.

Good luck to the new guys, good luck Curva Nord!

Conn as you noticed i did nt went trough this discussion in deep coz each one of us has his own idea on what is goin on.
Tonight at 18.30 Gianluca will talk about the whole situation in the radio show Voce della Nord and, i hope, he will explain what is goin on.
My wish ? One Curva One Style One Lazio.

I really hope the management has learned the less and must not mess with with the locker room.

Just leave the players and mister alone.

I hope for a positive wind of changes and I am glad to hear there is one :)

Please keep us posted Erme, maybe provide a link to the radio show.

on other forums there are speculations on who the next "leader" of the CN will be, speculations about Banda Noantri etc.

Looks like really the disgusting act of allowing a politician in the stands was the last drop. I just hope the transition, if it occurs, goes smoothly and without unnecessary divisions and arguments between fans. We need to preserve our unity.

Not after what happened at Bari game.Maybe tonight they will give a decent excuse but really,I dont think anything can excuse that shady mess.

Maybe just maybe, the wind has finally changed! For the best!

Well, nothing is build to last, so I guess it's time for IRR to step down, just like the Eagles did once ( correct me if I'm wrong )

Still surprising, they've been leading for 15-20 years now and suddenly it changed so fast...

@ Henrik, so fast?!?! They lost power, control, respect. They basically kill themselves. They were long gone.

This happened. The woman is a politician involved in the upcoming elections. An absolutely disgusting move by the IRR.

Yeah, fast, quickly, rapidly, you name it. Don't you think so?

From having such a big influence in the Curva to this in such short time. I'm not saying what they did is good.

.....................................................................

But before anything let me tell you something: It is strictly forbidden to talk about IRR and the present situation without knowledge of the facts!
I , in first , did not comment with names, groups, or anything else.
I simply infor you before anyone else can do as a rumour that there is a wind of changes!
Please do not post statements if you re not sure of what you are talking about.

Thanks.

I fell asleep after coming home from work. Can anyone give a small resume of what was said on the show?
This I found elsewhere
Quote :

A united curva composed of the old and the new, without smaller groups or distinctions...

Well, it's not that this happened in two weeks time, really. IRR have been doing business for ten or so years now, something that is normally not done by ultras groups. Also rioma's Curva Sud had a group doing business (selling baby clothes and all that trap), called Ultras Romani, they were eventually forced by the other groups to leave. As far as I'm concerned IRR were a brilliant group in the 90s, creating a new style copied by so many all over Italy. But they became too much of a business, and lost a lot of respect in the scene, and in Rome. The happenings with Polverini on Gabriele's portrait was one mistake too much I think, and others (lads from in bd - veri ultras----elt it was necessary to bring back old glory to the Curva Nord, old values and ideals. If I understood correctly, all groups will unite and form one big group, the Curva Nord Gabriele Sandri. There is youth ready for a fresh start, and with the help of the old guard they want to bring back the Curva Nord to the old days, with the real ultras ideals and values. Style and mentality. Respect to the people that made IRR the well respected group in the old days, that made name for the group all over Italy and Europe, that fought for our Lazio in and outside the stadium, but now it's time for a new era.

No, this change has probably emerged slowly but steadily for a time now, but at least I didn't think that the action in the Bari match would have such an immediate consequence. Just that are surprising me a bit.

I understand, but like I said and like you say, this has been building up to a point where (with Polverini in the Curva) it just couldn't last much longer. A united Curva Nord, it sounds good and with the right guidance it might be fantastic. Let's hope for the best for our Curva Nord.
