Interestingly, we have the same home league record as their away league record so that would strongly indicate the likelihood of a draw.

But we need more, we could be safe by now, we just need to go for the kill. Could have beat Milan and should have beat Fiorentina a few weeks back. You know, all our problems aside, we were on the verge of having a half decent season. The fact we are only 10 points off the Top 10 is laughable.

We really shouldn't be contemplating relegation now, there are 4 teams playing a hell of a lot worse than us. Time to focus our thoughts on ruining Crapoli's CL ambitions and Rioma's Scudetto bid.

This will be a very difficult match for us, but if players leave the heart on the field we could win......

Muslera

Biava-Stendardo-Radu

Lichteiner-Mauri-Ledesma-Brocchi-Kolarov

Zarate-Floccari

2-0 Lazio. If we win this game Iīm positive about Serie A next season. But as a Lazio fan you can hardly be sure about anything. Wink

Lazio vs the thieves! A derby in it's own right! I hate those bastards! We must go about our business and play the full 90m +. Just like we did in Milan. If we can take points in Milan, we can take points against Napoli. I hope the lads show up in the stands and support the club!!!

A win against Napoli AND Rioma would be...beyond Amazing!

One week at a time, but I like our form as of late and i like how we played hard against Milan and over the past 3 weeks in general. We need to score first or at least be level at halftime 0-0. I do not want to see Napoli getting a goal in the 1st half, and definitely not an early goal against us. Our defense is still suspect, but as long as we can hold Napoli to 0 or maybe 1 goal, we can win this match.

three points against napoli will give us safety and we can rest some players against genoa so that they could be ready for the derby.
resting them i m mind floccari or zarate, brochhi and lichty, not meeaning to go with baronio maki and co.
if we play like in last three games i think that without the problems we will win

Just keep it going, and carry this momentum forward.
Who plays up front will be the biggest question, I'd assume Floccari is back in if he is 100%, if that is with Zarate or Rocchi, who knows. Looking forward to more from the new improved Mauri and Lichti.

if floccari isnt ready 100 % than better to dont risk, zarate rochhi from begining,
20 or 25 min for foggia will be good, than 60 min against bologna, and ready for the derby.

A fair result after a very tight game. We are 3points clear of Atalanta, which are the last big threat. We play Bologna next, and regarding the derby coming straight after I am afraid the guys will have the focus there already and Bologna have agreat chance distancing themselves from the bottom struggle in that game. This will be tough all the way, but the last 4 games we have shown a new attitude, an attitude that if continued, will see us win the relegation battle...

Avanti!

I'm with Sile on this; Siena and Livorno were effectively relegated today. One side was always going to emerge from the ashes and Atalanta are back in with a shout of staying up. Got to keep up with Udinese and try and catch Catania and Bologna who are not as safe as they probably thought.

The game was as expected. We played well enough, Napoli played well too, with our home record being identical to their away record, a draw was always likely and Hamsik, yet again, proved to be the dangerman.

We'll be safe playing like this but can we keep it up has to be the question now. Bologna would be a vital scalp.

We are a point behind Bologna heading into our direct duel. They have now lost 4 consecutive games, and we have 4 consecutive positive results.

As to Atalanta, they are really fighting, but their schedule is terrible, probably more so than ours. They have to face riomma, Fiorentina and Inter before squaring against Bologna.

We have a 2 point advantage over Udinese who play Juve tonight, and seeing how Catania lead 2-0 against Palermo at half time I believe it's safe to say that Miha's boys have escaped the relegation fight.

The road is still long and winding, but the attitude and the fight showed on the pitch by the boys makes me feel secure and calm. Playing like this, I don't think we have to worry.
