No te vayas Pa Lazio

This sentence was written in a big flag put in a corner of La Bombobera staidum by Boca's fans begin to Palacio to not leave the club Very Happy
Is a words play that means Dont go to Lazio.
The fans didnt stop to shout Rodriiigo, Rodriiigo.

This is what Ole says today:
The last beg of the fans seems to be dificult. The italian put in the table US$18.000.000 and yesterday the italian representatives finished to convinced, live from Pompilio (Boca's president) seat.
Boca wants to sell him and Rodrigo who's already 26 knows that is the moment to leave. Yesterday everybody live the afternoon with the intensity of a good bye.
Palacio scored twice yesterday....

That's great that the fans are so close to him and revere him in such a way, but they should also be supportive of their star taking on a new challenge and perhaps putting himself on a bigger stage in europe.

Is hard to loose a star like him Treq ... and in Southamerica we use to have to loose our best players ... beside a great player he is a great person a real idol.

From Clarin:

It says: That Lazio's representative must not have any doubt: Palacio is a jewerly and deserve tobe payed. The questions: Will the italian pay the 18 million dolars thats have been rumored? Will they take this 26 years old striker that in 3 and a half seasons in Boca won 6 championships, played 156 games and scored 70 times? Can be a problem to Palacio that posponed the answer to Lazio till july 7th, it means after his vacations???

So ... july 7th will be the day

Sabatini is their and should finalize this deal ASAP or I would even prefer to withdraw from it if it will keep us until September and we are still guessing about him!

In the next 24 hrs, We should know were the hell we are! Finish this deal like Moggi style.

I watched highlights this morning on EuroSports Very Happy from the final day of the Argentinian championships.... nice to see River Plate winning it!

I remember Lazio were linked with Abeleiras (I think is how you spell it!?) a few months ago and he did well by scoring in River's second half comeback to win 3-2 after being down 2 nil and was involved in good attacking play.

They showed Palacio alot in the highlights scoring 2 goals and an assist I think!? He looked very good and with Palermo there aswell. Do not think I saw Riquelme but was a good performance by Rodrigo and hopefully he signs with us.... that would be awesome!

And from where in the world should Lazio give 18 mil ..when we don`t even have 3 to take Radu (or at least..it`s been very difficult to gain those money). I don`t believe in his transfer..or if he comes it sure isnt on 18 mil.

Sure sure he has money in his pocket but he likes to keep it there>!!

Lazio bargain for Palacio is: 14mln usd , terms on payment: 5 years, open contract with many hidden commas, and more.

Lotito style in bargain for players is well known all over the world and now , after 4 years, the teams managers are well informed and ready to deal with him.

Palacio has good chances to come in Italia with Lazio but with one idea: to leave after 2 years for a bigger team: Inter

I never heard about Barcelona´s option in argentinian press or in Boca's site,
In fact when La Doce beg him to not leave always mentioned Lazio.

Napoli: blitz per Rodrigo Palacio. Lazio e Barça stanno a guardare

http://it.eurosport.yahoo.com/24062008/44/napoli-blitz-per-rodrigo-palacio-lazio-bar-s-6.html

Says Napoli "blitz" for Palacio, Lazio and Barca stand and watch.
Seems more likely though he will go to Spain even though Castroman has been advising hi,m to Rome:

It will be a big shame if Napoli will sign Palacio, and we won't sign any valuable attacker and midfielder.I don't think that Barca is interested in Palacio.
From year to year we became a less attractive club for players, and that's not good. The reason?Lotito....In his 4-5 year plan and what did he?He signed Vignaroli,Keller,Muslera etc.Great.....Before he came we were in the european cups, and in his era we're fighting to avoid relegation. That means future?!
I don't believe in this Palacio story because there are to many talks regarding his signing.Lotito better shut up and do something useful for Lazio.

He signed Pandev , Rochi , Mauri , Behrami , De Silvestri etc. as well .......
Just be more patient guys , we should criticize after the end of transfer window.
I think this time Sabatini , Lotito and Rossi will do their job properly.
