I remember the chant....

Oooooooh.... Gaby Mudingayi! Gaby Mudingayi! Gaby Mudingayiiii !!!

Wasn't the greatest of players technically but with a great mentality.

Would be lieing if I said that isn't a good deal we made but still sad to see him leave.

GRAZIE & CIAO GABY!

I won´t hesitate to call this transfer one of the best Lotito ever did in his time as our President !!

Mudingayi´s spirit and devotion is the least you can ask from a player, who is that bad when being in posession of the ball. His passing game and technical inability is simply appaling. Not to mention that the number of freekicks and relatively bad positioning even makes him a mediocre defensive player.

Now that we are going to change system and we most likely won´t play with pure central defensive midfielders any longer, I can´t see there is any room for a player like Mudingayi.

But then again, I am sure he did the best he could and for that I will always be thankful. Afterall, it´s not Mudingayi´s fault that he was signed in the first place.

To receive such money for him is a fantastic deal.

Mudingayi's Aquile Anger
Thursday 28 August, 2008

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Bologna midfielder Gaby Mudingayi has blasted former club Lazio for the nature of his exit this summer.

The Belgian ace is undoubtedly talented and eyebrows were raised when he was placed on the transfer list.

Newly promoted Bologna pounced to add Mudingayi to the squad and Mudingayi is looking to make Lazio regret their decision to let him go.

“It wasn't my choice to leave but now I am at Bologna and I want to do well,” he explained.

“I was told to leave Lazio without a reason. My agent just told me that I would be sold.

“I didn't like the way things were done. I thought President Claudio Lotito would call me, but instead I had to call him.

“Apparently it was a technical choice but I would never have left Lazio by choice.

“Now I just want to prove myself here at the Stadio Renato Dall'Ara and here they make me feel important,” he concluded.

Mudingayi could be set for a baptism of fire as Bologna travel to Milan on the opening day of the season.

Lotito pezzo di merda!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Every player who leaves Lazio complains about that man. It's unbelievable. This summer, there is not 1 players who has left Lazio with a good feeling. Not 1!! Bianchi complained about Lotito, now Mudy also. Behrami left us the bastard. Zauri, had to go, Muta also.

I think the biggest problem is Rossi. He decides who leaves and who remains. He has his favourites and tha's not a fair thing. Why isn't he a gentleman? Why isn't he behaving like a real coach? What was the sense of selling Mudy and bringing Brocchi? We need players who are playing for our colours too,not just for the money...

the more i get older the more i believe that players when leaving a club complain with the club management rather than judging themselves.

Before judging u need to evaluate every situation and every player contract.
Did anyone told you that every player is a gentleman?

About Lotito behave i agree with evryone but , in few cases, i agree with him.

Ps...Lotito Pezzo di m...is not following our rules in the writing style ( I don't complain the idea)

Lotito does indeed behave like an arrogant bastard more often than not but let's not forget that the players who leave are not exactly objective and impartial in this situation. Bianchi for instance had the audacity to whine about Lotito breaking his promise to buy him, never mind that he did almost nothing to justify even half of his price tag.

Financial gains? I think it makes perfect sense as a short-term solution, not to mention at the time we were supposed to be all but certain to buy that Fernandez fellow and not Brocchi. To me it's hilarious how almost anyone who leaves Lazio suddenly becomes totally overrated. Half of this forum was cursing Mudingayi's terrible passing and first touch almost any time he got to play last season, when he was sold though he suddenly became a hero to some people here.

People come on! Give Brocchi half a chance...

Gaby for all of his ball winning abilities could not properly distribute.
For the amount of money Lazio gained from this deal I dont blame Lotito for selling.
Although I personally wouldn't have replaced Gaby With Brocchi. I do remember a few years back when he played at Fiorentina that he helped them alot. So before we judge this deal lets take two steps backword everyone and relax!
