Not such an easy start to the season.
seems tuff but if we get like 7-9 points out of those games, it will be a serious confidence boost for the players that they can challenge for uefa this year |

| According to PdL we have a tough end to the season with our last 5 games looking like this: Lazio-Inter, Udinese-Lazio, Lazio-Palermo, Reggina-Lazio, Lazio-Juventus. |

| really? that's incredible apt and in my opinion, there's a touch of romance to that.
difficult start and end to the season. but we need to get on one hell of a winning run in those middle stages of the fist and second half of the seasons. |

| Intriguing lot, by good start such as we should do against Cagliari (we have to strike them back for last season defeat in last minute with 10 man... ) and one victory vs Sampdoria, would give big chances forward in competition. It is very important for us to start well at this stage , I cant wait..... |

| Last year I saw a comfortable fixture, but it turned to be a curse.
I think the 1st two games are vital (I didn't include the 3rd one because we already know it is impossible), what matters me is not the Samp or Caligari form rather than our physical condition, new players get adapted to others, players coming back form China, and above all Rossi's ambitions. |

| if we're serious about a UEFA Cup spot, we need 10 points from our first 5 games, Milan is the only one we can be excused of losing, this year Serie A will probably be tight across the table, so we need to get the ball rolling fast, for come the winter, we have a tricky set of fixtures. |

| The beginning and ending of the rounds are tricky for Lazio but I am confident that Rossi will have the team prepared well for every game this season and hopefully the team gels faster this season.
When is the latest possible date that Rocchi and De Silvestri return from the Olympics? Is it mid-September?
And also why is the first derby this season played with riomma having 'home' advantage? I thought it rotated every season? Last season riomma had the first game with home support and the second game Lazio had it so shouldn't Lazio get the first game this season? Thanks. |

| I like the calendar and also like the fact Milan is one of the first matches. I still can't forget the humiliation last season. We need a good result |

| Very crucial first rounds. Milan away is always hard, but if we get good results after the first two games (6 points are not impossible..) I could see us go for at least one point in Milano. 7 points after the first three rounds would be more or less perfect...Between the first and last 4 matches we should be aiming for a run of 3 pointers. All in all i see a pretty interesting and intriguing calendar for us... |

| We can NOT focus on Samp, Milan or the Viola right now. We can / should ONLY focus on Cagliari.
It will be important to take all 3 points against them. Playing on the road is always hard in Serie A. ALWAYS!
Regardless, while a draw is probably the most likely out come...a win is what we need to start the season off right - bring confidence - and get us to the top of the table.
After Cagliari...we focus on Milan and nothing more than them.
All the way down the fixture...
Have faith.
NON MOLLARE MAI! We have a good / unique squad. |
