Forza Lichti.

The sentence with Serie B - I donīt really believe that he would stay. But Lichti showed very often on the pitch that he feels Lazio!

I love this guy. Stephan always gives 100% and never stops running or fighting. And on top of all that he really cares about Lazio and wants to stay. Lotito better keep him here. A future captain no doubt.

FORZA LICHTSTEINER!!!!!

With Rocchi not a starter, and Baronio and Siviglia also not starters in addition to not deserving the armband..... make him the vice-captain now!

Just a curiousity:who is our captain if Rocchi is on the bench?

In past it was Ledesma. Then Siviglia.

This season with Ledesma out and Siviglia not playing much, Baronio has done the job.

I think that he will become our vice-captain, if he stay after summer mercato.
Ledesma will be sold, Siviglia contract ends in the summer, and here is only Rocchi to be our first captain.
I would put Firmani as one of the captains too..

If we want to keep our hopes high next season then with firmani we wont succeed much...he is a real laziali but hes average and everyone knows that.
Ou next captain will be Pasquale.

Why do you think that captain schould be someone who plays good football?
Firmani showed his dedication, passion and love for Lazio, and for me this is enough for someone to be 3-th captain in the team!

So did Licht, and he actually knows how to play football Very Happy although his crosses more frequently land in Monte Mario and Tevere than in the opponent box, but I believe he's working on that.

Eh I think Firmani would be the best captain we could have but he isn't a regular player and never will be. I don't think he's useless or deadwood, honestly for me he's underrated as a mediano because he isn't a superstar on the ball. Still though, in a team like Lazio, he'll only be a squad player and a captain needs to be a regular starter.

Licht has what it takes to captain Lazio. Only question mark is his Italian. Seeing as a big part of the captain's job s to communicate (e.g with the referee etc), he'll need to be fluent and I know last year he didn't speak much Italian. Probably he's improved now.

Radu is another guy whose attitude I respect. Maybe he doesn't have the same connection with the fans but the way he handles things on the pitch is exactly what I want in a Lazio player.

Next season for me, Rocchi capitano. Licht and Radu vice.

Yes I agree, thats what I said in this topic before (page 3). I consider Lichsteiner as our future captain, but, the fact that in every comunity schould exist
hierarchy doesnt let me to put him infront of Rocchi. Firmani couldnt be second captain becouse as Caput Mundi said he is back up for the first team, and I see him as third captain..

Watched him play today for the Swiss against gli Azzuri. In my (biased) eyes he was the best player on the pitch for long periods of the game. if Switzerland does good in the WC,I think a few larger clubs will be interested in buying him, and we will find ourselves in a situation where both LB and RB have to be replaced...

Agreed. He had a very good game against Italy, and if he continues his good form in the wc I could see quite a few big clubs showing interest.

I would really hate to loose Lichty but it seems that Lotito has cheaper ready-made replacements for both Lichty and Kolarov.
He's going to sell Lichtsteiner for 10 mil and get Fabio Santos for 2 mil and sell Kolarov for 20 mil and buy Pablo Pintos for 2 mil.
I just honestly hope that these replacements that Lotito found are as half as good as our current wing-backs.

that Pintos is maybe half good but Santos is pure disaster...anyway Santos is left back and Pintos is right back

I would really hate to see Lichtsteiner leave. One of the few players who always gives 100% and has shown his love for the club and fans, and is a top footballer. If he were to go then anything less than 10 million for me is a joke.
