I like this move! Hey, if he can bring in Pandev...good for them. It's not like he's doing anything at Lazio any more.

I had the pleasure and misfortune of watching Man City tonight.

Mancini is the human equivalent of hemorrhoids but he's a damn fine coach and City look a different side. There were moments of sheer brilliance tonight going forward and the defense was tight.

Candidates for the Top 4 if he gets things right. On this form, he will.

two easy wins for city,5-0 in two matchs(the defence of city looks more seriosly),yes i agree that mancini is very good coach(and a great player he was-my favorite italian player of all time,i was so hapy when he came to us....old times),i like to see city in top 4(and to win the premier if chelsea can not)

2 games managed to beat the snow - Arsenal drew 2-2 with Everton (92 min Rosicky equaliser) and Birmingham have just kicked off against Manchester United.
It's a sorry state of affairs, but if supporter safety cannot be guaranteed, which is the reason for most abandonments rather than pitch condition, then fair enough.

Man City game is due to go ahead at the moment, no matches today though. Chelsea must be laughing today, their players get a rest while the other 2 challengers drop points.

Tevez? That guy has all the potential in the world. He needed to play for a team, with a coach, that believe in him. Man City showed they wanted him when Utd screwed up, and Hughes/Mancini have showed they believe him to carry this team forward.
However, the big question is if he can maintain this form. If so, he (and the rest of City) will see themselves in the CL next year. He is the kind of player that wins games, once he has hit top gear!

Fergie knew he was world class, it was more the price and his love of Berbatov that made Carlos leave.

I watched Tevez from a very young age. He is as talented as they come, have to agree with Cash on that one. City are genuine top 4 contenders now as I always expected them to be.

Liverpool is in a bad place, after crashing out of the cup against Reading three players have been injured, Torres out for 6 weeks, Gerrard for 2 weeks, Benayoun for 4 months. Not looking well for them at all, and Benitez is nearing an exit surely.

I'm absolutely impressed from M.Fellaini's game against Man City!
Complete control of the midfield, pure 10 for his first touch and tehnique, smart passes, zonal marking...
Man of the match in my opinion. Definition for DMC/MC player of the future!

What a great Drogba today! Jesus, so powerfull! And great what the CFC-fans did for Mr. Chelsea!

John Terry, wherever you may be. You should be king of our country! You're a true blue, God bless you, Rio ain't got a patch on you! There's only one English Captain!

Agree. Since Terry has been dropped as captain I think the only real choice is Gerrard. Can't believe Capello gave it to Ferdinand. Rio's over rated and has been trap all season long (although his injury has surely played a part in that).

Rio is the most consistant defender in all English squad over the past 8 years... Many defenders changed but he is the longest... So its only natural that he is the captain.... And this decesion was when Terry was named as a captain.. This was the order: 1. John Terry, 2. Rio Ferdinand, 3. Steven Gerrard...
So nothing is changing.... Now its Rio and after him Gerrard... BTW it was only logical for Terry to lose the captain place because of the team.... What Terry did was unhuman for Bridge... And with that he embaresed his Chelsea and countryman team-mate... Captains must be a role models.... What can we learn from Terry.... How to backstab a friend???
