It´s a very good descrption of how our games have looked this seasons.

Alot of bad passing.

and a midfield with very little quality.

It's interesting to look at some of the other teams stats. Looking at that, Atalanta should be higher up the table and Napoli a lot further down.

In the end, its all about getting the ball in their net, and avoiding getting the ball in our net. We are good with the first, we suck with the latter...

if these stats are true, Ledesma is the midfielder who has won the most balls in Serie A. Funnily enough, so many posters here call him lazy or disitnerested...

I think people get annoyed at Ledesma because they don't see him 'creating' alot but they fail to notice how damn hard he works to win possession. That's why I like having Meghni on now, it's crazy to think that Ledemsa can attack and defend at the same time which is why Meghni's presence is extremely beneficial as long as he's fit.

just like Xavi at Barcelona. I always though Xavi was useless until he started winning trophies, then I began to take notice of him and saw how important he was on the field.

People see Ledesma having wild shots, bad passes or losing possession. Somehow they miss him busting his balls to get back into defence and make goal saving tackles and critical headers.

If that is his first duty on the field, then yeah he is doing good. But then, who is to provide the attachers with balls? He is def not the best DM available, and he fails to be a good passer so far this season. He is ok, thats all...

Is this OK Sile? -

First Half Record - 17 games, 2 wins, 9 draws, 6 defeats, goals for 4, against 12, gd -8, points 15, rank 17

Second Half Record - 17 games, 11 wins, 1 draw, 5 defeats, goals for 22, against 10, gd 12, points 34. rank 1

Put simply, we are rubbish to the nth degree in the first half, but if we just took second halves, we'd be top!! Only 4 goals in the first half is absurd... No ???? It amplifies the problem we have all been worrying about and is the source of many lost points.

Thanks for the effort Ed!

wow, that really is messed up right there. Lately we have trouble scoring in either half actually but this statistic is really worrying. We just can't play only 45 mins per game.

knew we were trap in the first half, but these numbers are absurd...positevely put it means we are in very good shape physically and outplaying the opposition in second, but fighting back, always being in disadvantage score-wise is a pain...crazy with only 4 goals scored in teh first half...
