Ballardini is now claiming that he has not resigned from palermo and insists he won't be.

So now Palermo have 2 managers... scratch

I don't know what's going on and frankly, I don't want to know but if there is nothing strange going on, Ballardini would be ticked off my list.

The smartest and most sain thing one could do is to just forget about the managerial question until we have an official announcement about the new coach..

Today, speaking to a friend, i even heard that Rossi might "come back"...absurd...

Agreed!i

If Rossi comes back it will be a situation so akward not even Lotito can handle it.

Rossi will have no authority, Lotito will have no power on the mercato ... everything will be much more difficult and the press will love it ... hmm come to think of it I would also love it as it would surely be one of the last decisions Lotito makes as Laziopresident.

Expected to be named today or early next week after talks progressed very well.

Personally i would prefer Alegri, but Ballardini is a good coach.

Yeah, but it was mostly about the languagebarrier. A lot of tactical input gets lost in translation, when it goes thru a russian intepreter. + it dosn't have the same effect when you can't talk directly to your coach. But he has an interesting offensive way of seeing the game, kinda like his mentor Morten Olsen from the danish NT. And he isn't afraid of given young players responsibility and playing them regularly. so he could be an interesting option, but then again he dosn't have to fond memories of Lazio, and italian football in general. So don't think he would bother... And he has just moved to Madrid, so it would a long ride to work Wink

Laudrup wasnt bad, he got promised a lot of players but they never arrived... The team sucked... Laudrup is a very good coach, and i could see him doing well... I would gladly see him on the bench... He was good in Brøndby (DK) and in Getafe... Spartak was just a time waste ...

what kind of formations use this coachs(ballardini-laudrup-casiraghi-i m very interesting he was(or are)in our plains, mazzari plays 3-5-2,and when you have a good fighter and playmaker who are more defending(like ledesma)it s very good(also dangered)tactics(expecialy when you have a defence like us)
