A League i follow as closley as any other in World Football.

7 Games in, Atletico Mineiro on top, with Internacional 2nd, Vitoria 3rd, Palmeiras 4th & Corinthians 5th.

Weather anybody agrees or not is a diffrent matter, but The Brazilian League is one of the best league's in world football, probably a shade behind the big 3, but in my eyes much better than any other league. Its catching up though on the big 3 in World Football.

My Favourite team in Brazil is Palmeiras and always has been.

For this reason, i have over-saw the rise of Keirrison and an amazing talent he will be.

Who do you think will win the 38 game long season?

Internacional, although I have always been a Corinthians fan.

I don't know about Keirrison yet. Rodrigo Tabata looked a top player a few seasons back and he hasn't cut it in Europe really.

Yeah, im very conifident about Keirrison though.

But an example of someone who really did not hit it off was Thiago Neves for Fluminense, he moved to hamburg after an absolutley astonishing year for club in League and Libertadorres, and a great showing in the Olympics. But they never played him and he moved back home in January, on loan from a Saudi Arabian Club who bought him and thought a loan home would be best first off.

Douglas Costa linked to Man UTD for Gremio is a great talent.

But the two stand out talent's for me, are under 18, Neymar for Santos and Oscar for Sao Paulo. Both 17.

Tabata made his move to Europe late, last summer at the age of 28 to Gaziantepspor and has done pretty decent there.

So many talented player's here, its unreal.

Elias for Corinthians also, who we have been linked with. Also Ciro a great forward for Sport Recife, great scoring record and only 19.

Definitely some talents there. I keep reiterating how Zarate was top scorer in Argentina at 18. Young players really shine there.

I expected Tabata to do much better than he has.

Yeah Tabata is somewhat Enigmatic, also a late bloomer.

There are some good games but if I have to be honest the league isn't good. A bulgarian TV shows 2 games a week and I watch them but I'm not really impressed by the games I see. Some players though have shown some great quality.

I've always like Gremio for some reason - probably because of the similar colours to Lazio. And also Fluminense. But I haven't watched Brazilian football in quite a while, apart from highlights.

Big game last night. Copa De Brazil Final : Internacional 2-2 Corinthians (Corinthians win 4-2 on Aggregate) Andres D'Alesandro sent off for Inter and Elias (Our Target) sent off for Corinthians. Andrea Santos the Brazil 1st team left back scored for Corinthians.

But a much bigger game tonight, not in the leage, but The Libertadores between Gremio and Cruzeiro.

Cruzeiro lead 3-1 from the 1st leg and would be favourites to make the final, against Veron's Estudiantes.

I now have a big motivation to watch the brazilian league because my idol (Ronaldo) plays there and also two of my current favourite players (Vagner Love and Fred) are also there.

In the last few weeks I saw some good games with a lot of goals and emotions. I'm happy that a bulgarian tv is showing such an exotic championship.

Diego Souza for me is up there for current player of the Championship. Quite rightly deserves his place in the National Team.

Palmeiras will miss him big time tonight though.

I just don't want São Paulo to be champions again... bom

Anyway, that kid Rever, that we are following, scored yesterday against Corinthians with a header...

Palmeiras lost 3-0 and reamin only 5 clear No

10 games left, bad time for Palmeiras to loose form, 1 point from there last 6.

Only good thing is, there main rivals seem to be loosing too.

And in the next three matches, São Paulo will face Atlético Mineiro (4th place), Santos (One of São Paulo's State derbies) and Internacional (3rd place). So, though ones for them...
Although, Palmeiras isn't facing much easier opponents... Flamengo in good form, Santo André (fighting against relegation, but I still think Palmeiras won't have trouble here...) and Goiás (not the best but having a good campaign)...

Interesting race it will be...

Tough run for Sao Paulo. Hopefully Palmeiras can pick up the 3 points against Flamengo, but to be honest im not to confiedent. No Luis Figueroa or Marcao. Probably no Edmilson either, but at least be able to welcome back Armero and Diego Souza.

True, very competitive league.

São Paulo just lost the first match at home to Atlético Mineiro...

Also, it seems Valdivia is on his way back to Palmeiras for next season according to globoesporte.globo.com as he is seeking a spot on Chilean National Team...

Great win for Atletico Mineiro. Tardelli just can't stop scoring for them. Sao Paulo really struggling for form.

Cant wait until Palemiras-Flamango tonight. Form favours the latter.

As for the return of Valdivia? Would be great for Palmeiras. I can see Diego Souza being sold after the World Cup if he does indeed make the squad.

I also can't wait for that game. I hope Vagner Love starts and shows what he can do! Adriano will also be a really big attraction. This is is a must to see!

An Hour gone and its Palmeiras 0-1 Flamengo. Dejan Petkovic with the goal for those Serbs out there.

Seriously the title has been practically delivered on a plate to Palmeiras. They are simply refusing to take it.

Staring at 1 point from there last possible 9. Shocking stuff for would be Champions.

Im worried. Too many close rivals, one of them is bound to string a few wins together.

Palmeiras badly need to take something out of this game.

Hate to bang on about this.

But what a fucking compelete and utter unexplainable capitlation from Palmeiras. 0-2 Flamengo. Petkovic again.

Throwing this league right down the drain.

Inter beating Flu aswell. So things are going from bad to worse.

Petkovic was the man of the match last night. The guy is 37 and is carrying the whole team on his back. This guy deserves only respect!

What can I say about Palmeiras ? Bridge-Bhoy said most of it .. they are in a horrible form and it looks like they will loose the tittle. I hope they don't but at the moment I can't see how they will get out of this bad situation. Vagner Love made all the good things for the club in this game but he didn't manage to score from the penalty spot. He is one of my favourite players (after Luiz Nazario da Lima Ronaldo) and I haven't seen him at the penalty spot for a long time now and I saw why ..

Maybe because Vagner Love boyhood club is Flamengo, cause he was born in Rio de Janeiro... but just maybe... Very Happy
Palmeiras and São Paulo dropping points puts Atlético and Internacional back in the race... while Flamengo are one point away from the top 4 spot... Good to see my city club Vitoria won yesterday 3-1 against Náutico Very Happy
